Content: San Marcos is a vibrant city located in Central Texas that is home to many unique attractions and activities. Residents of the city can now look forward to the new 491-acre residential neighborhood, Cotton Gateway. This new development is being built by a subsidiary of Lennar Homes, and will feature 1,600 lots ranging from 40- to 60-feet wide with a minimum of a 30-foot building setback. The project is being engineered by Kimley-Horn, and will include at least eight acres of green space and parks for residents to enjoy. With the addition of this new neighborhood, San Marcos is sure to become an even more attractive place to live.
