  • Tso Chinese – Slaughter Ln: A $500,000 renovation for a new commercial kitchen, enhancing Austin’s vibrant food scene.
  • BEE CAVE URGENT CARE & KYLE – AMBERWOOD URGENT CARE: Both locations are developing ground-up urgent care facilities with a $900,000 investment each, providing much-needed healthcare services.
  • UP Howard Development: Over $23.3 million invested in constructing shell buildings for future office and warehouse areas in Manor, TX, promising economic growth and job opportunities.
  • Fogueira Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse: A $400,000 renovation at Simon Mall to transform the dining experience with a new salad bar and updated interiors.
  • TXST – Alkek Library – Main Entrance Renovation: A $120,000 renovation improving access and enhancing the educational environment for students.
