Austin’s highly anticipated Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin project is being led by Hines and Austin Capital Partners, promising no shortcuts in quality. The project is estimated to cost a staggering $830 million and is expected to begin on June 1 with a completion date before the end of 2026. The renowned Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts will be in charge of managing the community’s amenities.
The luxurious community will feature six residential buildings with a total of 179 residences, each with stunning views of Lake Austin. Homebuyers can choose from an array of offerings ranging from 1,900 square-foot, four-bedroom residences with private gardens and pools to expansive 3,000-square-foot penthouses. The starting price for these homes is $4 million.
Residents can indulge in a range of amenities, including an athletic center and spa, a private restaurant, and a funicular that will take them down to the boat launch. The gym alone offers four pickleball courts, a 300-foot infinity pool, two golf simulators, and an indoor basketball court. This upscale development is set to redefine luxury living in Austin.
