California-based RK Logistics Group Inc. is set to strengthen the electric vehicle (EV) market in Central Texas with the construction of a new 200,000-square-foot warehouse facility in Hays Logistics Center, Kyle. This state-of-the-art facility will manage inventories of electric vehicle batteries, parts, and other automotive production components, playing a vital role in the regional supply chain.
The new warehouse will handle truck-delivered shipments and cargo containers from the Port of Houston, contributing to the expanding EV industry in Central Texas. Equipped with 71 dock doors, the facility will offer services such as inbound material receiving, inventory storage, management, and staging, order picking along with fulfillment and delivery of parts.
Located at 400 Vista Ridge Dr., Hays Commerce Center is a large-scale development project undertaken by HPI Real Estate, spanning over 100 acres.
