Stream Realty Partners is nearly done with Howard 130, a 376,380-square-foot industrial project located on 29 acres between I-35 and SH 130. The development consists of three buildings, which will range in size from 94,400 to 197,980 square feet. Completion of the project is expected in the second quarter.

Smart Austin Realty Group is pleased to share the news that Stream Realty Partners has started the construction of the Eastside Commerce Center, a 413,388-square-foot industrial project located on a 60.2-acre site. The facility will offer seven buildings with sizes ranging from 26,440 to 109,572 square feet and feature 28- to 32-foot clear heights. A total of 630 parking spaces will also be included. The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024.

Smart Austin Realty Group is pleased to announce that Oak Hill Self Storage, a 709-unit facility located in Austin, has been sold to REIT Extra Space Storage. The facility offers 93,813 net rentable square feet of primarily climate-controlled space. The Jenkins Organization was represented in the transaction by JLL.

Beginning June 1, Hines will commence development of Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin, a luxurious residential community located in Austin, Texas. The community will offer 179 units in total, across six buildings, with sizes ranging from 1,900-square-foot pieds-à-terres to 3,000-square-foot penthouses. Prices begin at $4 million. Residents will be able to enjoy a variety of amenities including an athletic center, spa, private restaurant, pool, indoor basketball court, two golf simulators, and four pickleball courts. The estimated completion date of the $830 million project is before the end of 2026.

Smart Austin Realty Group is pleased to share the news that Stream Realty Partners has begun the Buda Commerce Center, a 986,475-square-foot industrial project in Buda. The development will include five buildings on 70 acres, with buildings featuring 32- to 36-foot clear heights and dock-high loading doors. Four buildings will be rear-load and the fifth will be cross-dock. Construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2022, with completion slated for late 2023.
