Ground breaks on 524-acre Austin master-planned community
AUSTIN – Johnson Development Services has broken ground on Nolina, a
524-acre master-planned community off Ronald Reagan Blvd.
Nolina will have 1,335 single-family homes. Amenities will include a pool,
splash pad, fitness center, playground, event lawn, dog park, and pickleball
court.
Sales will begin as early as summer 2023.
Chesmar Homes, Taylor Morrison, and Westin Homes are the builders for phase
one.

AUSTIN – Oregon-based DaBella Exteriors has purchased Anderson Tower for its
new corporate headquarters.
The six-story, 75,034-sf building is at 400 E. Anderson St.
Whitebox Realty represented DaBella.
Hobby Lobby expanding to Pflugerville
PFLUGERVILLE – Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. is building a 55,000-sf location at

Infinity Park on the way to Austin
AUSTIN – Rastegar Property Company LLC has broken ground on Infinity Park,
a 600,000-sf industrial complex at 11708 McAngus Rd.
The four-building project will be built in two phases.
Phase one will include three buildings totaling 357,000 sf. Building two is
already fully leased.
The facilities will be complete in 2023.
Phase two will have a 241,920-sf build-to-suit project.
Raymond Construction, Halff Associates Inc., Pacheco Koch, Click Engineering,
and Stream Realty are collaborating on the project.
Brookfield planning 780K-sf industrial park
AUSTIN – Brookfield Properties is developing Park 290, a 780,000-sf
industrial park at 11653 Decker Ln.
The four LEED-certified buildings will have clear heights ranging from 28 to
36 ft and car and trailer parking.
The project awaits final approval from city council.
UT student housing complex under new ownership
AUSTIN – Hankwood Ventures has purchased 900 West, a 52-unit student housing
complex at 900 W. 23rd St.
Built in 2003, the community has two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging
from 907 to 1,171 sf. Rents range from $1,300 to $3,200 per unit.
iBurrow provided $11.2 million in acquisition financing.

Stream developing six-story office building in Austin
AUSTIN – Stream Realty Partners has partnered with Barings on the
development of a six-story office building.
Amenities will include a rooftop patio, ground-floor paseo with access
to the Lance Armstrong bikeway, private patios on each floor, and ground-
floor café and marketplace restaurant.
HKS Architects designed the building.
Construction begins in early 2023 and will finish in late 2024.
