AUSTIN – Aubry Hills, a 192-unit multifamily complex at 8926 N. Lamar
Blvd., has been sold.
The community has studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging
in size from 480 to 1,120 sf.
Amenities include a pool, outdoor grilling and dining areas, sports courts,
clubhouse, and playground.
Northmarq brokered the sale.

Southwestern University planning $100 million expansion
GEORGETOWN – Southwestern University is moving forward with a $100 million
expansion program.
New facilities will include residence halls, a baseball and softball stadium,
football stadium, and amphitheater.
Southwestern will also be renovating Mood-Bridwell Hall, which houses the
Brown College of Arts and Sciences.
The university will work on all projects simultaneously.
Construction begins in May 2023 and will wrap in fall 2025.
GID picks up 62K-sf warehouse near Austin airport
AUSTIN – GID has purchased a 62,496-sf warehouse at 4201 Supply Court near
the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
The facility has 28-ft clear heights, ten dock-high doors, two drive-in doors,
and three suites averaging 20,000 sf.
Stonefield 35 industrial project in the works
BUDA – Mississippi-based EastGroup Properties has broken ground on
Stonefield 35, a 275,559-sf industrial project.
The three-building project will have 28-ft clear heights, 180-ft truck court
depths, and ESFR sprinkler systems.
Pross Design Group is the architect. RC Page Construction is the general
contractor. Transwestern is the leasing agent.
Construction wraps in mid-2023.
Construction starting soon on 80 Rainey
AUSTIN – LV Collective will start work soon on [80
Rainey](https://www.recenter.tamu.edu/news/newstalk-texas/?Item=26708), a
49-story, 550-ft-tall residential tower at 80 Rainey St.
The 644-unit project will have studios to three-bedroom floor plans. At least
20 units will be designated as affordable housing.
An amenity deck on floors 11 to 13 will have coworking space and other
services. There will also be a rooftop pool and top-floor lounge.
80 Rainey will have 6,023 sf of restaurant space and 6,778 sf of bar space
with a coffee and cocktail lounge and basement speakeasy.
Completion is slated for 2025.
Two historic bungalows currently occupying the site will be preserved.

Work starts on Cedar Park industrial project
CEDAR PARK – TIG Real Estate Services Inc. is developing Scottsdale Crossing
Buildings E & F.
The two-building, 45,000-sf project will have two riser rooms, eight hollow
metal doors, and five storefronts with six glass doors.
Cadence McShane is the general contractor. Sudio8 Architects designed the
project.
Completion is slated for summer 2023.
Avilla Rio Oaks on the way
LIBERTY HILL – NexMetro has purchased 25 acres near CR 263 and Seward
Junction Loop. in for a 260-home rental neighborhood.
Avilla Rio Oaks will have single-level one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes
ranging from 700 to 1,265 sf.
DTJ Design Group is the architect. Bryan Haggard Land Group brokered the land
sale.
