ROUND ROCK – CP Capital and ZOM Living are developing Azola Avery Centre, a
359-unit garden-style apartment complex within the Avery Centre master-planned
community.
It will have studios and one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities will include a clubhouse, game room, fitness center, pet spa, dog
park, and a resort-style pool.
Construction begins in January 2023 and will wrap up in 2025.

BUDA – CLD Realty is developing Corner on Main, a 48,000-sf retail center on
5.7 acres at 2260 Main St.
The $8 million project will have seven one-story buildings. It was designed by
Runa Workshop.
Construction begins in March 2023 and will last a year.
AUSTIN – Endeavor Real Estate Group is redeveloping the former _Austin
American-Statesman_ headquarters at 305 S. Congress Ave. into a 3.5 million-sf
mixed-use project.
Plans call for 1,378 residential units, 1.5 million sf of office space, a
275-room hotel, and 150,000 sf of retail and restaurant space.
The Cox family, who owns the newspaper and the 19-acre site, is partnering
with Endeavor on the project.
AUSTIN – Inspire Development Real Estate LLC has broken ground on The Eden, a
306-unit multifamily complex.
It will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 678 to
1,511 sf.
Amenities will include a fitness center, rooftop lounge deck, golf simulator
room, dog spa, coworking lounge, resort-style pool, and personal cabanas.
The Eden is the first piece of Pearson Ranch, a $2 billion, 158-acre mixed-use
project. The development will be built over ten years.
NRP Group is the general contractor. Davies Collaborative is the architect.
Construction will be complete by the end of 2024.

community near Lake Travis.
The multi-phase project will have thousands of homes, apartments, a resort
hotel, and 250,000 sf of retail, dining, and office services.
Construction begins in 2023.
AUSTIN – Trammell Crow Company is developing a 20-story apartment tower in
The Domain.
The $145 million project will span 700,000 sf across 416 units.
Amenities will include a fitness center, amenity deck, and clubroom.
ESG designed the building. Construction begins in April 2023 and will take two
years.

AUSTIN – Sixth and Chicon, a 34,264-sf micro-housing development at 1812 E.
Sixth St., has topped out.
The six-story development will have 60 apartments ranging from 252 to 465 sf.
Watershed Development Group, Mark Odom Studio, Cadence McShane Construction,
Civilitude, Leap Structures, and Nichols Engineering collaborated on the
project.
Construction wraps in summer 2023.

multifamily complex at 2301 Grove Blvd.
It has one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a pool, fitness
center, business center, clubhouse, pet play area, and outdoor grilling and
dining stations.
Square House will upgrade the property, which was 98 percent occupied at the
time of sale.
Newmark represented the seller, Hilltop Residential.
