PFLUGERVILLE – Wilson Capital is developing The Bowerly, a 294-unit
multifamily complex at 100 Dessau Rd.
The three-building project will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans
ranging from 650 to 1,400 sf.
Clark Wilson Builder is the general contractor.
Construction begins in February 2023 and will be complete in 2024.

GEORGETOWN – The Georgetown Planning and Zoning Commission approved plans
for a Costco Wholesale store and warehouse at 2201 N. I-35.
Construction on the 160,437-sf project will begin by the end of the year.
DRIPPING SPRINGS – Dominium has acquired the Springs Apartments, a 76-unit
affordable housing community at 289 Springs Ln.
Built in 2001, the property has one- to three-bedroom units reserved for
residents earning no more than 60 percent of the area median income.
Dominium will construct 144 additional units and rehabilitate original units.
The project represents a $3 million investment.

GEORGETOWN – The W.D. Kelley Foundation is developing Bridge Business Park,
a 1.1 million-sf development at 5501 S. I-35.
The 92.2-acre campus will have office and flex space across seven buildings.
There will also be an outdoor amenity space and 1,500 parking spaces.
Construction begins next year.
LOCKHART – Titan Development Ltd. is developing Lockhart Industrial Park
130, a 170,000-sf industrial project.
The four-building speculative development will be on roughly 57 acres near SH
130.
Construction begins in the next few weeks.
AUSTIN – McWhinney is nearing completion on the Hyatt Centric Congress
Avenue Austin, a 31-story hotel at 721 Congress Ave.
The hotel will have 246 rooms, five suites, and 2,560 sf of meeting and event
space.
Nelsen Partners designed the project, which will open in February 2023.

SAN MARCOS – Long View Equity is developing Wonder World Apartments, a
313-unit multifamily and retail complex at 1250 Wonder World Dr.
The complex will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a pool, cabana, and dog park.
Construction begins in early 2023 and will wrap in early 2025.
AUSTIN – Hines and Galesi Group are developing a 1.7 million-sf industrial
park at the corner of Harris Branch Pkwy. and Parmer Ln.
Phase one of the 150-acre project will have three buildings totaling 315,000
sf.
Powers Brown Architecture designed the development.
