Austin Local Team is pleased to announce that Oak Hill Self Storage, a 709-unit facility located in Austin, has been sold to REIT Extra Space Storage. The facility offers 93,813 net rentable square feet of primarily climate-controlled space. The Jenkins Organization was represented in the transaction by JLL.
