Square House Capital picks up Austin apartments

AUSTIN – Square House Capital has purchased Radius on Grove, a 156-unit
multifamily complex at 2301 Grove Blvd.

It has one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a pool, fitness
center, business center, clubhouse, pet play area, and outdoor grilling and
dining stations.

Square House will upgrade the property, which was 98 percent occupied at the
time of sale.

Newmark represented the seller, Hilltop Residential.
