BUDA – Alliance Industrial has started construction on a 157,450-sf
speculative project called the Corridor Commerce Center.
Located on 12 acres along I-35, the building will have 32-ft clear heights,
two drive-in doors, and an ESFR sprinkler system.
Seeberger Architecture designed the project. Transwestern will handle leasing.
Construction wraps in March 2023.
