Austin Local Team is pleased to share the news that Stream Realty Partners has started the construction of the Eastside Commerce Center, a 413,388-square-foot industrial project located on a 60.2-acre site. The facility will offer seven buildings with sizes ranging from 26,440 to 109,572 square feet and feature 28- to 32-foot clear heights. A total of 630 parking spaces will also be included. The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024.
