The project will sprawl over 45.7 acres and will feature three state-of-the-art buildings, ranging in size from 84,000 to 375,000 square feet. Construction is set to commence in the fourth quarter. ARCO/Murray will oversee design and construction, while Kimley-Horn serves as the civil engineer.
