JV developing 1.7 million-sf Austin industrial park

AUSTIN – Hines and Galesi Group are developing a 1.7 million-sf industrial park at the corner of Harris Branch Pkwy. and Parmer Ln. Phase one of the 150-acre project will have three buildings totaling 315,000 sf. Powers Brown Architecture designed the development.
