The $16 million development will be on 14 acres along I-35.
Construction begins early next year and will wrap in July 2023.

KYLE – Builders FirstSource Inc. is developing Project Shamrock, a 47,000-sf office and warehouse project. The $16 million development will be on 14 acres along I-35. Construction begins early next year and will wrap in July 2023.
