Micro-housing complex nearing completion

The Sixth and Chicon apartment project is a six-story, 34,364-square-foot multifamily development located at the intersection of Sixth and Chicon streets. It will include 60 micro-housing apartments designed for urban minimalists and located near urban amenities and public transportation. The community offers a convenient micro-lifestyle and is close to some of Austin’s popular shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

Upon completion, the property will eventually have a variety of modern amenities, including co-working spaces, individualized workout rooms on each floor, multiple community kitchens, and outdoor areas such as a rooftop patio with views of downtown Austin. The apartments will have an average size of 355 square feet, with sizes ranging from 252 to 465 square feet.
