ROUND ROCK – RightQuest Residential has sold Siena Round Rock Apartments,
a newly constructed luxury
community at
6531 County Rd 110.
The community has 198 one- and two-bedroom units and was 97 percent leased
at the time of sale.
Cross Architects, Kimley-Horn, Maker Bros. Construction, The Houston Group,
and Asset Living collaborated on the project. CBRE brokered the deal.
