The two communities, Dalton and The Beacon, were completed in 2021 and 2022 respectively and offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Residents of both complexes have access to a variety of amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, dog parks, residence lounges, and outdoor grilling and dining areas. Trez Capital completed the properties in partnership with Thompson Realty Capital.
