Austin Local Team is pleased to announce the sale of Franklin Park, a 76-unit assisted living and memory care community located at 4155 Teravista Club Dr. in Round Rock. Representing the seller, a partnership between Franklin Park Senior Living and an institutional investor, was Cushman & Wakefield. The buyer was Inspired Healthcare Capital.
