“Stream Realty Partners Begins Construction of Buda Commerce Center”

Austin Local Team is pleased to share the news that Stream Realty Partners has begun the Buda Commerce Center, a 986,475-square-foot industrial project in Buda. The development will include five buildings on 70 acres, with buildings featuring 32- to 36-foot clear heights and dock-high loading doors. Four buildings will be rear-load and the fifth will be cross-dock. Construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2022, with completion slated for late 2023.
